ROBERT A. GARDNER Project Engineer M.S.M.E, M.B.A

Mr. Gardner brings 33 years of oil and gas engineering and operations experience across facilities, drilling, completions, and reserve valuation. Over the course of his career, he has held a range of operational, financial, and leadership roles—from District Operations Superintendent to President & CEO—providing him with a comprehensive understanding of both field-level execution and executive oversight.

His expertise spans the design, execution, and operation of well site equipment and large central processing facilities. He has deep operational knowledge in planning and executing drilling and completion operations, as well as in evaluating oil and gas reserves in both domestic and international contexts. Mr. Gardner is also highly experienced in estimating business interruption losses within the oil and gas sector, particularly those related to drilling, completions, fracking, and production activities, including the loss of hydrocarbon reserve value. He is proficient in applying both top-down (lost revenue less non-continuing expenses) and bottom-up (lost net income plus continuing fixed expenses) methodologies to accurately assess losses in well site operations and reserve valuation.
