Chemical

WHEN THE RIGHT MIXTURE OF ELEMENTS AND EXPERTS MATTER

  • Chemical incidents typically involve examining unique, proprietary processes, but investigating them comes down to one thing, determining root cause.
  • AEI follows a systematic, scientific approach across all stages of discovery, including initial site investigation, laboratory examination, and evidence analysis. Understanding the root cause of a chemical-related incident helps our clients make informed decisions on how to handle the claim and prevent future recurrence.
  • Regardless of incident size, severity, or complexity, our experienced licensed engineers and certified investigators work together and alongside private and public entities to determine what led to the accident. We have extensive experience working with government organizations including the Chemical Safety Board (CSB), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and various other state and local agencies.
  • We have the ability to mobilize a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and investigators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Our chemical investigation team is HAZWOPER certified, which lets us access potentially dangerous sites. This may be critical when an immediate response to an incident is required.
