FRANK A. CROSHAL Project Engineer PE

Mr. Croshal is a graduate of the United States Military Academy West Point, with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in Oklahoma and Colorado. Mr. Croshal has an extensive background in oil and gas production, operations, and facilities, holding positions from field foreman to facilities manager. He has worked in the oil and gas upstream sector for 40+ years.

Mr. Croshal has considerable experience in applying industry standards for the design and operation of oil and gas sector facilities. These include American Petroleum Institute (API) Recommended Practices, Standards, and Specifications, as well as American Society of Mechanical Engineers Codes, including B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, and the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
