Ms. Blea joined AEI in 2018, bringing more than two decades of expertise in office administration, customer service, and facilities and asset management. Her background includes working with industry leaders in financial planning, strategic operations, and end-to-end payment solutions, where she developed a reputation for professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional client care.
As AEI’s Office Administrator and front desk representative, Ms. Blea serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. She manages a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities, including coordinating office activities, maintaining records and supplies, supporting executive and project teams, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. Her role also includes overseeing day-to-day facility needs and contributing to process improvements that enhance AEI’s overall efficiency.
